Come and discover the practice of cycling through our advanced training courses !
Following your pre-registration, find the digital form to fill out at the end of your confirmation email.

We organize courses during the school holidays, for various ages, children and teenagers and for all levels !

The courses take place over three half-days, from 9 a.m. to noon. The trainees learn the basics of mechanics, familiarize themselves with the different tracks and zones of the park, and improve their technical skills thanks to situations adapted to their level, all in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. They are, of course, supervised by qualified instructors.

The multi-level courses are for all those who wish to acquire more autonomy in the different areas of the park (from 5 years old if the child is able to ride without the wheels).

BMX courses are aimed at BMX riders (6 to 60 years old and over) who wish to improve their driving technique (turns, crossings, balance, etc.) basic technique (bunny-up, manual, etc.) and their ability !

Registration for a training session grants access to the Bike Park every afternoon of the course (children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult).

Stride Indoor Bike Park has 11 different practice areas, allowing you to practice many different aspects of riding in a private and secure setting.

The next school holidays are fast approaching ! It's time to keep the kids busy ! (And why not the parents ?)
